I personally think that a good seminar begins with an interesting and eye-catching topic. It is also important to know how relevant the information received in a seminar will be for me later on. The structure, materials and tasks of a seminar are also play a central role. You will find below the results of my brainstorming.

 a good seminar:

 lead to a progress of students;

 discussions in a class;

oral or written presentations;

 monitoring of students;

up-to-date material and equipments;

to work in a group;

 be able to put theory into practice;

to motivate students to learn;

 good structured and well organized seminar to help to get better understanding of a topic or theory etc.

a bad seminar:

boring topics;

 to demand much of students;                                                                             out-date material;

to learn only dry and  irrelevant theory, without applying it;
